Measure the impact migraines have on your life

The MIDAS (migraine disability assessment) questionnaire was put together by Professor Richard B Lipton of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA and Dr Walter F Stewart of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Baltimore, USA to help you measure the impact your headaches have had on your life over the last 3 months and to communicate this more effectively with your doctor. The best way to do this is by counting the number of days you are affected by headaches.
